Fair Is Not Enough


Why would you work? That's a question that is sometimes difficult to answer, because many factors that cause people to redefine and seek arguments every answer will come out of his mouth, or at least landed dibenaknya. There are many things that shape a person's intent at work, if you follow Maslow's theory, starting from the lower needs such as food (and other physiological needs), social status up to the need for self-actualization. And often the answers are out the question, is the reality behind the quality of one's work.

I was once asked why happy to move the workplace. Initially I was also puzzled by people who love to change jobs. As with the people who work background material, if it does not fit the material obtained, the only two choices, leave the company or work under the standard. Self-actualization, the highest levels of human needs according to Maslow, the dictionary Islam is Ihsan. Do not care about how much he paid, but because he viewed the work as a form of worship and servitude to God, as well as other acts of worship, then the work was oriented not merely material. For her work is a trust and the trust it must nurture the best, even though the mandate to perform, he gets a little appreciation. No dictionary disappointed, because for him, completed the obligations and even better than the target time and the proper standard is a certain satisfaction.

The Messenger, Jibril had asked about Ihsan, and the Prophet said, "... You worship Allah as if you see God, though you can not see God, Allah sees you.
